Steve started his career in IT for a local health care system. Over time, he earned the opportunity to move from a technical role into leadership, where he continued to grow into a Senior IT Director. During his time of growing as a leader, he was able to be coached by some fantastic mentors. It was during this time that he realized that his true passion was in training others to become great leaders. So after 20+ years of leadership, he launched The Brink Academy.
